The chairman of Millennium Energy Systems, his Excellency Mr. Carlos Montoliu i de Carrasco, XXXII Baron of Albi, signs a cooperation agreement with the Jordanian Renewable Energy Society – JRES, under the authority of the Jordan Government, and presided by His Royal Highness Prince Asem Ben, with the following objectives:

1. Create awareness surrounding the potential and opportunities of the renewable energy development in Jordan.
2. Facilitate technology transfer and know-how toJordanas a solar belt country.
3. Stimulate the exploitation of related technologies for supplying energy and fresh water.
4. Encourage the inward flow of investment through financial instruments by reforming legislations to meet the requirements of regulatory bodies.
5. Promote national recognized education and training in renewable energy technologies.
6. Sow the seeds of culture of renewable energy for individuals and societies.

The agreement allows assuming large projects in theMiddle Eastand its influence area. The Jordanian Renewable Energy Society (http://www.res-jo.com/eng/) jointly with Millennium Energy Systems will work in projects development and regulations to help Jordan to be leader in energy production by means of Thermosolar Plants, and other renewable energy products.
